Terms and Conditions:

1) Our minimum order is HK$2000. The cut-off time is five working days prior to pick-up/delivery day. 2) Once the order is confirmed, it is required to pay a 50% deposit within two days. The balance must be paid 1 day before the date of pick-up/delivery. 3) All pictures are for reference only. The color, size, weight and shape of the food are subject to the actual delivery. 4) The company will make every effort to ensure that the price, details and size of the products listed on the website are correct, but the company reserves the right to make the final decision to change the price and product details without prior notice. 5) Unless otherwise specified, our products may contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk and nut products. For your vegan food or special request, please contact us by phone and email. 6) Customer must provide true, accurate and complete delivery information when confirming your order. If you need to add or change the delivery information after placing the order, you must contact us by phone and email at least 3 working days before the delivery date, otherwise all changes will not be accepted. The company will not make any compensation for the wrong delivery information of the guests. 7) The company will try its best to ensure that it will be delivered on time, but the company will not liable for the delay due to the actual road conditions and accidents during the transportation (except for the pick-up) 8) The company will not make any compensation for food or refunds for the following conditions (but not limited to)  customer is also responsible for the legal liability caused by not giving correct or clear information to the us. Food allergy, Food serving size, Religious issues, Personal preference.

Delivery Terms:

​

A) Free delivery on orders over $5000 or above. For orders of less than $5000, there is a delivery fee of $200 each way. B) There is no delivery service for Park Island, Discovery Bay and various outlying islands.

Cancellation Terms:

​

A) Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and the paid fee will not be refunded. B) If the customer changes of the pick-up/delivery date 48 hours in advance, the customer will be required to pay 20% of the full fee for administrative expenses. If the customer changes pick-up/delivery date within less than 48 hours, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the full fee for administrative expenses. Pick-up/delivery date cannot be changed 24 hours prior to the original arranged date. C) If the customer fails to pick up the food within the specified date, it will be treated as an automatic waiver and the amount paid will not be refunded. D) In case of inclement weather, including black rain, typhoon No. 8 or above, the affected orders will be canceled automatically. The customer is required to set a date for the pick-up/delivery within two months and the company is not responsible for any loss caused thereby. E) The receipt must be presented when picking up food.
